Museum of Russian Harmonica History tells us about the most popular Russian musical instrument. There are 4 Harmonica museums in the world, and one of them is in Moscow, Russia. In the museum one can see a recreation of a XIX century harmonica workshop, observe the change of squeeze-boxes over a period of time, learn about famous musicians, study the role of this musical instrument in the World War II. We will also learn about harmonica in France, Germany, Italy, England and the States in XIX-XX centuries.
The excursion includes a Russian-style tea drinking party and a performance by a professional harmonist dressed in a Russian traditional costume.
